Include your shop domain and a screenshot when reporting storefront or billing issues.

- Confirm Smart SlideCart is installed and open from Shopify Apps.
- Enable the slide cart in Cart Builder and Save.
- Enable Smart SlideCart in Theme Editor → App embeds, then Save.
- Open the storefront cart icon and confirm the drawer appears.
- If a feature is locked, check your plan under Billing (see Pricing).
- Keep custom JS minimal; enable caching in Settings when available.
