What this walkthrough covers

1. Dashboard & Cart Builder

  • Open Smart SlideCart from Shopify Apps.
  • Go to Cart Builder and enable the slide cart.
  • Arrange modules and preview the drawer.

2. Theme App Extension

  • Themes → Customize → App embeds.
  • Enable Smart SlideCart and Save.
  • Optional: add Slide Cart / Sticky Cart blocks.

3. Free shipping & rewards

  • Set a free shipping threshold that matches your shipping policy.
  • Add a simple rewards ladder so shoppers see the next unlock.

4. Upsells & gifts (Growth+)

  • Create one focused upsell or cross-sell offer.
  • Optionally add a free gift campaign or add-on (gift wrap, insurance).

5. Storefront check

  • Open the storefront and click the cart icon.
  • Add a product and confirm the drawer, progress bar, and offers update.
  • Save a Cart Builder style change and refresh to verify it applies.
