Smart Bundle ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information processed through our Shopify application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.

When a Shopify merchant installs or uses Smart Bundle, we may process:

• Shopify store information, including store domain and shop identifier.
• Merchant account and app configuration information needed to operate the App.
• Bundle Group settings, products, variants, discounts, widget settings, and related configuration.
• Information provided through the Shopify Admin API and required to provide the App's features.
• Subscription and billing status needed to manage the App's pricing plans.
• Technical information such as logs, browser information, and error information when necessary for security and troubleshooting.

Smart Bundle may process limited storefront information when required to provide bundle functionality, such as product, variant, inventory, cart, and pricing information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive customer information unless it is necessary for a specific Shopify-supported feature.

• To provide, operate, and maintain Smart Bundle.
• To create and display product bundles and bundle discounts.
• To process bundle selections and add selected products to the Shopify cart.
• To manage bundle assignments, metafields, widgets, and theme settings.
• To manage subscriptions and determine access to plan-based features.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical problems.
• To protect the App against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats.
• To improve the reliability and performance of the App.

Smart Bundle uses Shopify APIs and services to provide its functionality. Information obtained through Shopify is handled in accordance with Shopify's applicable requirements and policies. We only request access to information reasonably necessary to operate the App.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the App, or when required by law. Service providers are expected to protect information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

If you uninstall Smart Bundle, we will process the applicable Shopify uninstall and data-deletion events and delete or anonymize data that is no longer required, subject to legitimate legal, security, or accounting requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Smart Bundle may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary for secure sessions, authentication, app functionality, preferences, and analytics. The Shopify storefront and merchant's theme may also use their own cookies and technologies under their respective policies.

Smart Bundle may use Shopify and other trusted infrastructure or service providers to host, secure, process, and support the App. These providers may process data only as necessary to perform their services and may have their own privacy policies.

Smart Bundle is a business application intended for Shopify merchants and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information. Shopify merchants can also manage or request deletion of their store data through Shopify's available processes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our privacy practices. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
