4. Shopify Data

The App accesses Shopify Admin API data required for product, variant, metafield, inventory, and related resources based on the scopes you approve during installation. We do not use Shopify store data to sell advertising. Customer personal data is not the primary purpose of the App; however, product records you process may contain merchant-defined content.

Uploaded CSVs, export artifacts, and job logs may be retained temporarily to complete processing and allow merchants to download results.

We implement administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secrets management for Shopify API credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We retain store and job data for as long as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. After app uninstall, we process Shopify compliance webhooks (including shop data erasure requests) according to Shopify requirements and our retention schedule:
