Billing Information

Learn how billing works for Smart Variant Listings, including subscriptions, charges, upgrades, and cancellations.

Smart Variant Listings uses Shopify's secure billing system to manage app subscriptions. All payments are processed through Shopify and appear directly on your Shopify invoice.

How Billing Works

  • Subscriptions are created and managed through Shopify Billing.
  • App charges are added directly to your Shopify invoice.
  • Billing occurs based on your selected subscription plan.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your Smart Variant Listings subscription whenever you need additional features or higher limits.

  1. Open the Smart Variant Listings app.
  2. Go to the Billing section.
  3. Select your preferred plan.
  4. Approve the Shopify billing confirmation.
  5. Your upgraded plan will become active.

Downgrading Your Plan

You can downgrade your subscription at any time.

  • Your current subscription remains active until Shopify processes the change.
  • New plan limits apply after the downgrade.
  • Your existing product groups and settings remain saved in your store.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription by uninstalling Smart Variant Listings from your Shopify store.

  • No future subscription charges will occur after cancellation.
  • Your Shopify products remain unchanged.
  • Your store data is not deleted from Shopify.
  • App features will stop after uninstalling.

Invoices & Payment History

All invoices and payment records are managed through Shopify Admin.

  1. Open Shopify Admin.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. View invoices and subscription charges.

Currency & Taxes

  • All Smart Variant Listings charges are billed in USD.
  • Shopify may apply taxes based on your location.
  • Taxes are handled according to Shopify billing policies.
